Great headset! It arrived in 12 days for me! They are comfortable and the sound is fluid and clear. There is a volume control slider on the headset and the mic works good. You may have to adjust the input of the mic from the program that you're in though. I'm soft spoken though but overall a great buy. I initially had some difficulties due to my post office and the product was shipped back to the sender. The seller communicated with me in a very timely manner and refunded me. I re-ordered the headset with no further issues. I am very happy with the customer service that was provided by the seller and I'm satisfied with the product!
